Official Rules

"Gift of the Year – 2026" Promotion

1. Sponsor

The promotion is sponsored by LeviArs Design & Remodeling ("Sponsor").

2. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

3. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the State of Washington
  • Must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry
  • Void where prohibited by law

4. Promotion Period

  • Start Date: [Insert Start Date]
  • End Date: December 23, 2026 at 11:59 PM (PST)

5. How to Enter

A. Purchase Entry (Optional)

Participants may receive entries by:

  • Purchasing materials from Sponsor
  • Purchasing materials and services from Sponsor

Entries may be awarded based on qualifying transactions (see Section 6).

B. Free Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without purchase, participants may:

  • Mail a handwritten entry on a 3″ × 5″ card including:
    • Full name
    • Phone number
    • Email address
    • Mailing address
  • Send to: [Insert Business Address]
  • Must be received by December 23, 2026

Limit: one (1) free entry per person.

6. Entry Limits & Odds

  • Each valid entry, regardless of method, has an equal chance of winning
  • Total number of entries determines odds of winning
  • Free entry: 1 entry
  • Purchases may receive additional entries based on internal promotion structure

7. Prize

One (1) winner will receive up to $7,000 Project Credit, applied as follows:

  • Materials-only purchases: up to $5,000 credit
  • Materials + services projects: up to $7,000 credit

Prize Conditions:

  • Prize is issued as credit only (not cash)
  • Non-transferable
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Must be used with Sponsor
  • Expires within twelve (12) months of issuance
  • Cannot be applied to past purchases

8. Winner Selection

  • Winner will be selected by random drawing
  • Drawing date: December 23, 2026
  • Conducted by Sponsor

9. Winner Notification

  • Winner will be contacted via phone and/or email
  • If winner does not respond within 5 business days, an alternate winner may be selected

10. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, city, and project photos/videos for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or errors in promotion materials.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if necessary, and to disqualify any participant who violates these rules.

13. Facebook / Meta Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms.

14. Governing Law

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
